Reviews and Ratings
Our stay at The Broadmoor was wonderful, featuring stunning grounds and very clean, peaceful cottages. The staff was genuinely friendly, and we appreciated the beautiful views and wildlife around the property. However, the dining options were quite pricey, and unexpected fees made the overall value less impressive. For those willing to splurge, it offers a special experience; for others, be cautious about the hidden costs.
The Broadmoor is a stunning hotel that truly exceeded my expectations. The location is breathtaking, especially with the beautiful lake and mountains nearby. While the staff was incredibly accommodating, my experience was marred by being placed in a room near the front entrance, which was noisy. Still, the beautiful grounds and various activities make it a wonderful place to stay.
The hotel is beautifully maintained and offers stunning views, making it a luxurious getaway. Our room was spacious and had a nice view, though I wish I had opted for a lake view next time. The service was outstanding, with staff going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. However, dining could use improvements in terms of variety, and it's a bit frustrating to deal with mandatory service fees across the board.
The Broadmoor is an incredible destination resort that offers an abundance of amenities nestled in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains. The spacious and elegant rooms provide a comfortable retreat, blending luxury with charm. The staff service levels are unmatched, going above and beyond to cater to every guest's needs. However, keep in mind the resort fee adds to the total costs, and the vast property can get crowded, especially on weekends.
I had a birthday surprise trip planned by my significant other, and while the hotel had a lot of potential, we encountered several frustrating issues with our reservations. The staff tried to be helpful, but the breakdown in communication and execution during our stay was disappointing. The amenities were nice, but for a supposed five-star experience, I expected better organization and attention to details.
